Not having prices posted on our website allows us to be able to help you source the right equipment from our wide base of trusted suppliers at the most reasonable, competitive price.
Freight prices depend on a number of factors such as location and weight. There can be huge variances in freight rates because we deliver Australia-wide. There’s also a very hefty weight difference between a blender and a 3-door fridge. We can offer better value for your money when delivery costs are dependent on the equipment you are purchasing and where you want it delivered, rather than a high, fixed freight rate.
When ordering equipment, always remember to check:
- Size: measure the location where the item will be positioned, then verify the size of the product. Allow for tolerances and breathing space around the product, without compromising food safety standards. You can usually find this information in the specification sheets.
- Connections: some types of equipment have very specific requirements for gas, power and water connections. For best performance, check the connections at your restaurant to ensure they meet the requirements. You may need a qualified tradesman to connect your equipment. In some cases, a council building or plumbing application may be required. Check with your local council if in doubt. This is usually a very simple process if your service connections are there.
- Infrastructure: some types of equipment may require extra infrastructure such as an exhaust hood or drain. Simply check the specs or contact us to confirm.

Shipping and Returns
What are your delivery options?
Standard Delivery: Our contractors will deliver to the easiest delivery point at your address or a loading dock. This does not include delivery into your premises or placement of products. Please note that some items are large and/or bulky and may require a tailgate delivery if you don’t have forklift capabilities on site.
Premium Delivery: Available for Brisbane and surrounds only – ask our consultant whether or not you are within our premium delivery radius.
For peace of mind, order our Premium Delivery service. Our Premium Delivery drivers are directly employed and trained by us to deliver your equipment, unpack it, position it into your kitchen and remove all the bulky packaging and crates from site. Then you can simply arrange for your preferred electrician or gas-fitter to complete the installation, if necessary.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location and the type of equipment you purchase. We thrive in getting equipment to our clients in a timely manner. After you submit your order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and your location.
What is your return policy?
Should you change your mind about a piece of equipment, contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for a return and refund. All shipping costs and up to 35% manufacturer’s restocking fee may apply, at your expense. We can only accept return of new, unopened, undamaged items with original packaging completely intact. Products must be received into our warehouse in as-new condition to validate refund. Please contact us first to arrange a confirmation number and confirm the return.
We take pride in delivering high quality equipment in top condition to our clients. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product from us, please contact us immediately upon delivery. Use a smartphone to take clear photos of the packaging and damaged or faulty product so we can quickly sort a replacement or refund. Please contact our food service equipment consultants to arrange a confirmation number and confirm the return.
Warranty
Do you handle warranty service calls?
Even the best and most efficient equipment will require a warranty service call once in a while. Just keep your warranty card ready and we will handle the rest for you. If you don’t have a warranty card, you will need the purchase date, model and serial numbers.
