Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Southern Cross Food Equipment can ship to virtually any address in Australia. Note that there are restrictions on some products and remote or unusual locations. If you think you have an unusual delivery location, please specify this in your order. We will research and contact you to advise the best solution.

Products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may or may not appear on the shipping quotes page.

Shipping costs and shipping dates are estimates at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to change shipping carriers or costs at any time. If any shipping costs or conditions change, we will notify you immediately so you can decide how you wish to proceed.

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full increment.

 

Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with a confirmation number and instructions on how to return the item.

If you change your mind – no problem! New, unopened items with original intact packaging may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of delivery. Products must be received into our warehouse in as-new condition to validate the refund. Please contact us first to arrange a confirmation number and confirm the return. Shipping costs are at your expense.

If your product is faulty or shipped due to our error, we will pay for the shipping and process a refund. Please contact us first to arrange a confirmation number and confirm the return. You should expect to receive your refund within 1 week of your returns being received into our warehouse. Once a refund is processed, the time taken for bank transfers is out of our control.

Damages Policy

If you receive products that are damaged, use a smartphone to take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged product. Call us immediately so we can quickly sort a replacement or refund. Any damaged products must be returned to Southern Cross Food Equipment or as instructed by our team. We take our delivery seriously and will investigate the cause of damage to avoid it happening again.
